Return Process

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Cornwall

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the parcel back to our Cornwall workshop.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
